Although one is now able to pay the NABSSAR fees via PayPal, all of our forms MUST still be filled out, SIGNED & submitted before any work is completed. Turnaround time remains the same. Submit the forms (the ORIGINAL Certificate of Registry (CoR) must be mailed) and registration/transfer photos via our Electronic Submission Process (ESP) or send them regular mail to:
International members, excluding Canada, see Int'l Member Information. The forms are found on the Print Forms page on the NABSSAR's website. The forms on nabssar.org are "fillable" on one's computer. This means one can conveniently complete the forms right on the computer by simply typing information into a form's displayed fields. Then print the completed form, sign it as required and submit the form.
Complete Forms Offline in the Adobe Reader. Avoid Completing Forms Online within your Browser.
Please Note: Although one can fill in a form while it is displayed within one's browser, we strongly recommend one not do so. All entered form data will be lost if one browses to other web pages in the same browser window being used to display the screen fillable form. One runs the risk of accidentally deleting all of the entered form data by inadvertently clicking on the “back” or “forward” buttons on one's browser. Clicking either of these buttons will close the form and delete of all the typed information.
We recommend one opens the Acrobat Reader program, click on file/open and locate the form saved on the computer hard drive. Then fill out the form in Acrobat Reader independently from one's browser or Internet connection.
Since our forms' data can be saved when using Adobe Reader, we strongly recommend one print two copies of the filled-out form: (1) one copy to submit and (2) one copy for one's personal records. (Alternately, a photocopy of the completed form can be made.)

An Adult is for 22 and over. The age you are on December 31st, of the
year prior to the year you are applying for, determines Adult or Junior
pricing.
Examples: December 31, 2023 you are 22, = Adult for 2024. The cost is
$20.00 for the entire year.

The Lifetime Adult Dual is meant for two people that are married or in
a domestic relationship.
A domestic relationship is defined as couples, who live

FOR NEW MEMBERS
*When becoming a NEW MEMBER you MUST REGISTER your Flock or Farm Name
(to use when registering lambs).
There is a one-time fee of $10.00 to do so. If you, at any time, want
to change your farm name, another $10.00 will be due.
This farm or ranch name will be the prefix name of all the sheep you
register.
If you do not have a farm or ranch name, you may use your last name as
your farm or ranch name.
(Keep in mind when choosing your name; our registry’s
database is only capable of approximately 27 characters when naming
your sheep. If you have a long flock or farm name, it will have to be
shortened when added to the name you give your sheep.) Farm names are
important in naming your sheep. When anyone reads a pedigree, when they
see the sheep's name, they know what farm that sheep originated at by
reading the first part of the name, which is always your registered
farm name.

spaces.)
